Two doctors, one clinic. Between them they cover women's health, pregnancy, fertility and the everyday needs of a family, and they refer you to a specialist only when it genuinely helps.
Dr. Tan Yong Bin
MD (Universitas Padjadjaran) and a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. Ten years in practice, with a focus on women's health, pregnancy and fertility.
Dr. Irvy Eleanor Joannes
MD (Universiti Malaysia Sarawak). Sees the whole family for everyday illness, and joint and muscle problems such as knee pain.
Walk-ins welcome, Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 7pm.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. If you would rather not wait, send a WhatsApp message and we will hold a slot for you.
Is Heracare only for women?
No. Heracare is a family clinic. Adults, children and babies are all seen here. Women's health is our focus, and Dr. Tan has additional training in obstetrics and gynaecology.
Can I see a female doctor?
Yes. Dr. Irvy Eleanor Joannes is our female doctor. Send us a WhatsApp message to check she is in before you come.
Do you do antenatal check-ups and ultrasound scans?
Yes. Routine antenatal check-ups and 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D ultrasound scans are done at the clinic.
Can I discuss fertility or trying to conceive?
Yes. We offer pre-conception checks, cycle guidance, basic fertility investigations and referral to a specialist when that is the right next step.
